These terms and conditions are between the Company and the User(s), who are registered with us, or who use the website and/or our services. The “You” or “Your” or “User(s)” referred to here are a person consuming/utilizing the User content created by an educator. Your use of the website or any other services from Hanguk Education signifies your agreement to the Terms and Conditions of this Company. If you do not agree with any of these terms of the Privacy policy, please do not use the service.
 
The rules and regulations published here are under the Information Technology Act 2000 of Nepal and the user will also be bound by the applicable laws and rules under the regulations of the Government of Nepal.
 
Services
The Terms and conditions apply to all the users of this service and our services include physical or virtual classes offered in the office or by the online medium of Hanguk Education. While using our services a user is supported for the online creation of educational videos or tutorials. Such content given to us can be used as User content for future use by the company. However, you agree and acknowledge that Hanguk Education has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the User content. For any kind of liability that arises from the user content, Hanguk Education is relieved. 

Our services might include or contain links to any third-party company or websites which may or may not be owned or controlled by Hanguk Education. In such cases, Hanguk Education has no responsibility for the privacy policy, content, or practices of the third party. Before using any service or content from a third-party company or website, we suggest you read and understand the terms and conditions of that company.
 
You agree and acknowledge that Hanguk Education shall have the right to any time to discontinue or change any aspect or feature that is included in our services in a physical or virtual mode which includes the User content, equipment needed for access or use, and hours of availability. Hanguk Education may discontinue disseminating any portion of information or category of information that may change or eliminate transmission speeds, signal characteristics. Hanguk Education reserves the right to refuse access to the Website and its services, terminate accounts temporarily or permanently, edit or remove contents without any notice to you. 
The course/service that you purchased from Hanguk Education will be exclusively for the users enrolled and who have paid and subscribed to it. You shall not give any unauthorized access or distribute or reproduce the content to a third. If found doing so, Hanguk Education has the right to suspend or terminate the said User’s account and blacklist him or her from the company’s services.
 
Permissions, access, and restrictions
Without Hanguk Education’s prior written authorization, you agree not to distribute any part of the service or the content in any form. You agree to not modify or alter any part of the service. You agree to not access the content of any other user through any means or technology besides video playback pages of the service itself. You agree to not use the services provided by us for commercial use unless you obtain approval from Hanguk Education Pvt. Ltd. You agree to install updates from time to time that are designed to improve, enhance and develop our service. 

You may post comments, reviews, ideas, other contents, or ask questions as long as the content is not obscene, threatening, illegal, defamatory, infringement of intellectual property rights or invasive of privacy, or injurious to third parties, or objectionable. It should not contain software viruses, political campaigning, chain letters, mass mailings, commercial solicitation, or any other form of spam. You will always comply with all the applicable laws and regulations during your use of the service. Hanguk Education reserves the right to discontinue any aspect of the Service with or without prior notice at its sole discretion.
 
Right to refuse or Blacklist
Hanguk Education has the right to blacklist you temporarily or permanently upon withstanding anything herein written. Your requests to use the application or service including receiving complaints may be rejected after you are blacklisted. We expect decent behavior with our employees on both physical and virtual mediums while any kind of interaction or while reporting to complaints.  
 
Content Use
In addition to the general restrictions, there are other limitations and conditions that apply to your use of the content which shall include but not be limited to service marks and logos, trademarks, process, software, graphics, images are owned by or licensed to Hanguk Education and are subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under the law.
